Our Process:
We follow a comprehensive, multi-stage process designed to clean, restore, and protect your vehicle's entire underbody, helping to prevent corrosion and extend its lifespan.
01 — Complete Underbody Strip-Down
To ensure full access to all vulnerable areas, we carefully remove undertrays, wheel arch liners, and other removable underbody components.
Every nut, bolt, clip, and fixing is meticulously organised and stored separately for each section of the vehicle, ensuring accurate and professional reassembly.
02 — Full Decontamination & Deep Cleaning
The entire underside of the vehicle undergoes an extensive cleaning and decontamination process to remove contaminants that can contribute to corrosion.
This includes the removal of:

After the primer has fully cured, the underside is treated with multiple coats of professional underseal, creating a durable barrier against moisture, road salt, dirt, and other corrosive contaminants.
To further enhance protection, cavity wax is applied throughout accessible internal cavities, including:
